I would personally recommend that whatever car is bought off of this lot, please make sure you have a mechanic with you that knows what they're doing. My wife and I just bought a car from here almost a month ago and we attempted to have them run a diagnostic test on it to see why the check engine light was on. Their person told us it just needed a tune up after "running a diagnostic test " on it.. Suffice to say uuuuhhhh no it didnt need a tune up.. It needs a TCM module.. this place is a joke I tried to do buisness here waited day after day for a car to be available a week later john tries jacking up the price and asking me to do way more a month and way more down than originally discussed. I went online two minutes later found the same car a few more miles with a CLEAN title ready to go for cheaper than not only what he wanted but also cheaper than the original price point I tried to set and again with a CLEAN title. they are amazing at helping people find exactly what they are looking for. they go above and beyond to exceed expectations and are honest about each and every vehicles history. if your not from Centralia I recommend going there to purchase a vehicle at Burketts and receive the good home town Customer service atmosphere we dont seem to get anymore in thos day and age. these friendly and honest car lots are hard to find but at least Burketts auto sales still gives us hope when purchasing a vehicle or if your curious about a tr... read more
