enjoyed myself except that the space feels "small." Its a nice place to go and unwind- they have great treatments and you definelty get pampered.. highly recommend this for a gift for you.. or someone else you love.
Burke Williams I love this spa. I am a little parital because I used to work there but I go back as often as I can. The Pasadena location can be a little tough to find because it's tucked away in Old Town Pasadena, but it is SO worth it! The entire place is very calm and relaxing. Everything is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. They have a lot of therapists so you can always find someone that suits your tastes perfectly so that your experience is everything that it should be.
Burke Williams is a first class spa. Offers an extensive list of services, facilities are posh and well-maintained. I enjoy the wet and dry saunas. The personnel are professional. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet. I was impressed by the women's area. Nobody beats them! Burke Williams is the absolute best for facilities and customer service. If you want to be pampered, this is the place! You can treat yourself to a hot bath, one of the steam rooms or the relaxation room, perfect for a quick nap. From the moment you walk in, the place just screams 'Relax!!'
Not enough value I've been going to Burke Williams for years, but recently the service doesn't really match the price and the crowded facility doesn't help. I had a facial this past week and the entire time the facialist kept talking about the products (obviously trying to sell them). During the facial, she repeated herself on two separate products. Good Experience, arrive early to find parking Had a wonderful 80 minute massage the other day with Ivy. The parking was pretty terrible, I had to drive up and down the parking structure twice to find parking and was subsequently late for my appointment. Ivy spoke with her manager and was able to move the appointment up, which was quite gracious. Surprisingly crowded for Tuesday at 1:00 pm. HORRIBLE OMG!!! Made a waxing appointment, yup, bikini, turned into a nightmare. I asked for a very basic brazilian, assumed they were a professional spa with real professional aestheticians.. NO!!!! She had no idea what she was doing, started globbing tons of wax on then yanking and yanking and she didn't know what to do. I had to stop her and say you don't know what you're doing do you?
