So relaxing! I love this day spa. The massage was great, the spa was relaxing, the "Quiet Room" was DIVINE! I could have spent the rest of my life in there! The only thing I didnt care for was the "Birthday Bath" I received free for it being my birthday. I am 5'8" and I did not fit in the tub - the only part of me that was in the water was my abdomen and part of my legs - my lower legs, feet, chest and upper body were all out of the water. Other than that - PERFECT!
Can't get enough I have been to Burke Williams about twice a month for three years. I love massages. I am a graphic designer and my right shoulder and back constantly hurt. There are very good therapists, but very bad ones as well. I like very firm pressure, almost so it hurts and I like more of a sports massage. A few girls use little pressure and rub you down as if they were lightly putting suntan lotion on you. Guys are better at Deep Tissue because they have the strength. Dont feel weird about it. Intimate Spa My mom and I went and found it to be very relaxing. They were not pushy about adding services to what you already booked. I could see going by myself because it would not be uncomfortable. My spa room was cool but my mom's was nice and warm. We went during the week so it was not busy. I would stay away on weekends because it is not very big. The facilities were well stocked and the staff was very friendly and easily accessible.
Spa is nice, massage uncomfortable This is a great facility (aside from the entrance being in a parking lot). The locker rooms and amenities are first class.
