Awesome place to run in NOVA. Trails are top notch.
Try sniffing every tree along the trail, my pup swears by it!
Make sure to check out the trail closures. Nothing like bushwhacking and hurtling trees. ;)

Great place for an easy run or a nice daytime date.
The train is great for little kids!
Excellent fitness trail to train for my upcoming marathon. 4.5 miles with small hills and great views if the lake.
Not enough benches or places to sit around the lake, especially on the weekends.
