Bought a car back in May. The experience of buying the car was pleasant, salesman was very nice. It did take a long time even with an prior approval. So if you plan to buy a car make sure you have the entire day to do so. The reason why I don’t recommend them is because it’s the end of August and I still don’t have my plates or a title. Purchased a used vehicle for my daughter Had a hard time getting our new key fob programmed. Tech said he would contact our salesman. Haven’t heard anything in 3 months. Called and left a message with the service department when the car broke down this morning asking if we could have it towed there. Still waiting for a call back. Had to take the car somewhere else. I have another daughter who needs a car this fall but will bring My business elsewhere
