Love this community......staff doing an excellent job making it feel like home!
This place is so nice and nothing like any other apartments out in this part of the state. It's like little condo's or townhouses and still the rent isn't high. It's a real nice place to live with really nice people. Oh, and they have a very nice fitness room with a TV and 24 hour access along with a gated entry. Get one before they are all gone!
All i can say is do not get on the managers bad side.She is a drama queen ....
They have very good staff and maintain a strong bond with there residence . Wouldn't live in any other complex !
This apartment complex is very well located. The floor plans and property is very nice and all new and reasonably priced.
These apartments are absolutely great! They are brand new, have really nice layouts, many different options to add to the apartment, great location (especially for military), and also very helpful management. I would recommend Burk Res. to anyone looking for a great apartment around the Burk/Sheppard area. =)
