My daughter and I recently moved in and we have ZERO complaints! Our apartment is so nice! Crystal, in the front office, has been wonderful from day 1! I would recommend this complex to anyone!!

My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Burkburnett Residences. Tischia and her team go above and beyond for their residents and ensure that all work orders are done in a timely manner. The complex is kept neat, quiet and safe. We have just recently moved into this apartment complex. Tischia has been extraordinary, going above and beyond to not only help us move in, but an excellent source for local information. She has been an immense help to me and Emma.We had a slight issue with a clogged sink, it was immediately fixed by the staff. We look forward to our time here, and suggest anyone moving into the area to call here. Thanks Tischia!!!!
I’ve heard horror stories about apartment living, but Dusti and Tischia made the process clear, efficient and easy. Fiber internet installation has been completed and is offered as an opt in/out option, and is lightning fast at 150mbps down. The 1/1 units even offer a laundry room with W/D hookups, which was the biggest need for me, as the 1 bed units offered in Wichita Falls did not always have W/D hookups. You will be very pleased here!
Lived here for 9 months and I was very disappointed about the quality of their service after having big expectations about this " remodeled " apartments. The condition of the apartments and the customer service does not match the over priced rent. We were asked to sign the contract before the apartment was ready since they were changing the floor and fixing some last minute things. (We had just PCS'd and needed to find a place quick after being in a hotel for almost a month)... Continue Reading
