We eat there regularly. It is our favorite restaurant in Venice. Food, service, friendliness and speed are all excellent. Burgundy Square Cafe can be recommended for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

From my experience, every place I've gone to has closed captioning on theirs T.Vs at all times simply due to the nature of an establishment that is closed in by walls. the failure not only to help someone who asked something very minor, but also to have the the representative play games by liking nasty comments by other customers.I am a hearing person, but I enjoy the CC when out at restaurants so I may "view" what is going on instead of fighting to try and "hear" it among the of the customers.
Well how interesting. And it's also a bit pathetic, but hoping for illegal, too, eventually. I'd heard your food was pretty good but after also hearing about the disrespect spewed by your staff over not putting on the closed captioning, I certainly will not give your place a try next time I'm down your way (unless I also hear about a 180 degree change). Hello, I understand you serve wonderful food. I am hoping one day to come to Florida again and try your menu, always interested to try new things and new places. Unfortunately,, I have heard recently the servers, nor anyone here have the knowledge to turn Closed Captions on the TVs. Therefore I won't be visiting. One of my all time favorites in Venice... great food and service.. love the Lobster Roll and the breakfasts are great too check this restaurant out.. fantastic owner...
My wife and I go there at least 1 a month, since it opened. Always good. We've NEVER been disappointed! It's our go to place if we can't decide where to go..���
My son and I had the Lobsta roll, my grandson had the chicken quisadea and my husband had the chicken finger dinner. Everyone said "the best ever"! My third time back and each time I get the lobster roll. I am from New England and still think it's the best! ( no fillers!)
