I would definitely recommend Burgos. I went to so many different stores for weeks. Then walked into Burgos very friendly and informative and I was given a very good deal on my flooring and I receive a lot of complements. Thank you Yuni for all your help. I absolutely love my floors.

I highly recommend Burgos Tile. I was in Visalia a few days ago looking for tile because I needed to match some broken tiles in a master bedroom to a property I was selling. I could not find a match anywhere. Alex said he could order them but I told him I couldn't wait. He came up with a solution that ended up being a great idea. He saved the day and my deal. Thank you Alex for being a problem solver and coming through for me. I highly recommend Burgo tile.
False advertisement! “Price match guaranteed” is a dam lie!! I made a purchase with them, found the exact same thing for $600 cheaper in Bakersfield with in a week or my purchase and Alex refused to match the price. The guy is a lier, didn’t even look at me in the eyes when I went to speak to him. Will NEVER refer or purchase anything from him again!!! They price you something and change price around. Sad to try and shop local and they screw you over. His loss not mine, he lost a $6,000-$8,000 additional sale.
We purchased granite, used the installer they recommended. Our granite is scratched, installer has said he would come out 3 times and has yet to come. Burgos tile told me all they do is sell the granite, they have nothing to do with their installers as they are self-employed. Would not recommend this company as they do not back up the people they recommend. In fact, I had no idea the gentleman that came out to measure was not an employee.
