Cold food every time we eat here. Stale fries & a cold burger Way over priced for cold food

Went through the drive through and ordered a tillamook cheese burger and two original cheese burgers. First order was cold so I walked it back in and talked to the manager. She was very nice and re made the order with no questions asked. She also threw in a order of fry’s which I appreciated but when I got back to my car I noticed my fry’s were soggy and the burgers were warm. I was hoping for hot burgers but I guess warm is better than cold. I will never go back to this place again.
Just learned that your menu has changed. I order thru the drive-thru every Friday night. My autistic son likes to order a pint of vanilla ice cream. I was informed it was no longer on the menu. I asked if they could put the equivalent of two small dishes of ice cream into a large cup. I’m not sure that they did because it was put into a small cup & I was charged more than I ever paid for a pint. I’ve had to tell my son we will no longer be customers of Burgerville. Dairy Queen is cheaper & they accommodate.
RecommendedCoffee, not good, had to use a bunch of creamers--and i prefer it black. Truffle fries, YES, YES, YES!!!!! (Think "Sleepless in Seattle:" Yes, they are THAT good--get the large size, and I'm not talking to share here either!!! I usually get a small fry if I get any at all, but for this you're gonna wanna "size up"!!!)
