“hate” is too strong a word, but I didn’t like it. This was a sad mistake. I was jonesing for brats with German potato salad and kraut. The “salad” was soup, and not very tasty. The brats were “ok” and the kraut was “meh.” The floor was littered with trash from the lunchtime crowd and the workers were so busy with their chatter that we waited a long time for our platter! We were the only customers. Two thumbs down.
So incredible. Food was unbelievable. Everybody was so friendly. Going to be a regular.
The best burgers I have ever had the pleasure of eating. They're spot on each and every visit. The fries are perfect, and the cheese-steaks are equally impressive.
Their steak sandwich rules...we have them all the time. Tonight, we cheated and ordered burgers. That burger is the FREAKIN BEST I HAVE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH. The staff is fun and accommodating. When we are craving a burger, I will not go any where else. Trust me. Delish!!!!
The food was great! But, the staff was unattentive and all 4 of them stayed in the back. A customer came in and stood at counter for 5 minutes before I rang the bell for him. The tables were dirty and the trash was ful.
This place has great burgers but the staff are not doing their jobs. There are four people working here and they are all in the back hanging out. I had to walk through the kitchen to get their attention to get a fork. They had no ice tea made. Six customers are in their shop and they sit in the back. If I was the owner of this place I'd be pissed. The cook literally went and sat down in the back while our burgers were on the grill. The condiments on our table were empty. Fries were way way over cooked. Philly was average. Very disappointed.
