The customer service was horrendous. One of our burgers was made wrong and when we told them they took 20 minutes to bring a new one. It was not busy and we saw multiple orders go out ahead of my burger. Since a mistake was made and the rest of my party had their food, rectifying that mistake should have been a top priority. Instead, it took forever and virtually no apologies were made. And the fries were cold.
