My experience was phenomenal from the door I was greeted by Libra Taylor, she said welcome to Burgerfi and it was welcoming and she provided superb customer service while giving us her recommendations from the menu. She made our experience warm and comforting as if we were home. I took the recommendation of the Urban Style Fry with the Burgerfi cheeseburger with grilled onions. Lunch was dynamic! I dined in and the atmosphere was upbeat and energetic. I will definitely bring the kids back! Good job Burgerfi Brentwood Tn!
Such as good place to eat! Staff are very welcoming and accommodating to everyone. They went out of their way to get our drinks for us and made sure that we had a wonderful experience here! The food is awesome! I would definitely recommend getting the Cry+fry, and the custard if you can!!

Slow and not very friendly service. got the beyond burger it was so overcooked it was burned. It also makes zero sense to serve a vegan burger with regular cheese and mayo. The fries were very good. Overall, a very disappointing experience for $15.

I had the Beyond Burger, it could’ve been cooked a little longer but it was delicious. The fries were awesome and it’s one of the very rare places I didn’t have to ask for mayo for my fries.
