I was expecting the burgers to look like the pictures they put on their website. They weren’t. Thin thin thin thin meat. Did I mention the meat was thin? Nothing like their pictures. I was just really disappointed. The fries were average and the prices were just too high. I can safely say I will never go there again. Red Robin puts this place to shame.

I went in today with my mom for the first time. I got the chicken sandwich with onion rings and she got a burger and fries. They accidentally put onions instead of mushrooms on mine, but fixed it right away. Everything was FANTASTIC! The service was great and the employees were so super nice! I cant wait to go back!!!

We have been twice to BurgerFi and have not been disapointed. I love my cheeseburgers and I was not disappointed with the bacon cheeseburger. Both times we got just a regular fry and a regular onion ring. They also have a good selection of beers to have while you wait for your order. Both times we have been we had excellent service from both Charles and Manager Nick. The food has been hot, good, and fast out of the kitchen. We will certainly go back!!!

Given all the burger options in the area, this is not one of them. It’s too expensive for the crappy meal. Beyond disappointed!
