About this business

BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. Crowded but not their fault . Burgers were small dry and hard. Largest onion ring I ever saw but too big and also hard. They really should have paper or cardboard plates with utensils. Some of us don't like to have our food all over our faces and hands. And not all of us have teeth that can handle rock hard food. Sorry but I won't be back soon even tho they gave me a beer at no charge.

Not very impressed, bad service, over priced. Tastes great, but just not worth the bad attitudes and total cost.

First time Dec. 17th before Bama roundball game. Hubby and I both had burgers and small onion rings. He had beer to drink. I didn't have anything because they were out of bottled water! Best onion rings ever and really good burgers. 2nd trip was yesterday at lunch. I just wanted large onion rings and mocha coffee shake. When the cashier said no mocha coffee shake I was blown away. How can this be? 2 trips, 2 different drink orders, and told no both times? Husband and I left without ordering. Ah well 3rd time is the charm, ri... read more

Had lunch with a few friends here yesterday. Food was good. Decent price for the quality. But, there is a lot of tension between the people that work there. The feeling of the place is like you just missed a huge fight. Everyone is awkwardly avoiding everyone. Not a very welcoming feeling. Won't be returning.
