BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. The burger was expensive and about the size of a McDonald's hamburger except it had two patties. Very small for the price and I ordered onion rings which were huge but the outside of it was hard as good be and tasted like old grease. Will not get my money again $25.00 for two burgers and 5 onion rings and a order of fries.

I have to give this place 4 stars because every time I have been here other than the first time there there has been an issue but the manager that I have talked to every time has been so helpful to make sure that everything is fixed. I just went last night to get a shake and turns out there was an issue with my gift card that I was given for the fact of what happened on my third visit but thankfully he remembered me and was able to fix it. The manager was FIRST CLASS! Food was good, onion rings and fries were delicious!! A little pricey but the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were take care of. Will definitely be back.
My standard bearer for fast food cheeseburgers has always been In & Out. Alabama (and pretty much most of the South) is not lucky enough to have one. BURGERFI comes very, very close to replicating the style, presentation and taste. Overpriced a smidge, but nice to have in Ttown.

Very delicious, no doubt. Could be a 4 or 5 star place if it weren't so expensive. Very poor value. Burger, fry and drink shouldn't be $14 for lunch. And small burger at that.
