BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. I wish I could leave zero stars but that's not an option. We were in Austin for the weekend so I thought I'd check it out. Wanted the brisket burger but they would not cook less than medium-well to well (and the counter person was not empathetic nor did he ever say anything about being sorry they couldn't work with my request). If I'm paying $11 for a burger, it should be cooked to order. I'm better off grinding my own meat at home and making a better burger anyway. Super slow service, surly cashiers. Expect them to tell you every time that one Large fries can feed a hungry army of grown men and only the hugest glutton on the face of the planet would ever want one.

Tyler offered extra chili n cheese for my to go order since it wasn't much in the small containers. The little things go a long way, would have sucked to get back to work and only have enough for maybe half the order. Smiles all around, very friendly staff! �
