BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. On Thursday, September 19, 2020 around 4:30pm we ordered a pretty good size order. It was my son's birthday and he wanted to try the place. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE! If they treat their food this way with everyone I can see why the place wasn't busy at all! I'm sure the food would have been good if it were fresh but everything was very cold and tasted old, almost like it was setting out for a while. went to burgerfi today for lunch and it was amazing the customer service by angela was unforeseen she was very knowledgeable and had a very warming smile. the bad burger was more amazing then I can say the cook gabby was fast friendly and makes the best burgers ever differently will recommend to everyone I know.
Amazing time at Burgerfi at circle C So happy they re-opened I had a complicated order and the staff Valerie, Chris, Katie, Roxanne and Gaby helped me out. I really appreciate it and they made my day
