BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. I have never been to a place where every worker is so dedicated to there job.... I'm visiting from Arizona so I know nothing about this restaurant I walked into the doors and immediately heard voices saying "welcome !" By now, myself and the members of my team should have probably left 20 or 30 reviews for Burger Fi at West Palm Beach due to their hospitality and customer service. I am greeted here on a first name basis and treated like a valued customer by every member of the staff that I have interacted with. Every time that there has been a problem, the staff has gone above and beyond (literally by remaking a Beyond burger in some cases). This was my first time here. I’m visiting West Palm Beach for a week and if I could eat here for every meal while I’m here, I definitely would. Best burger I’ve ever had.
