Customer service. I ordered a NY dog ( sauerkraut and mustard) they brought the hotdog with mustard to my table to say they were out of sauerkraut , “is that ok?” No ! I should have been told before I ordered if possible, if not before food was brought to table. I had to go back up to return my order and was not offered anything else. I would not have mind paying the difference in price however they just took my receipt and returned my money. I didn’t even bother to order anything else.
