BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. I liked it somewhat. Everything prepared fresh is a big plus, and the fact that the beef taste fresh and not frozen is a plus. I still don't think it constitutes such high prices though. To me, Miami subs is better for a lil less money. Still wasn't bad though, and I did enjoy the batter that they use on the onion rings. Their burger fi house sauce they use on the burgers isn't that great. The restaurant was clean however and customer service was decent as well. I had never had Burgerfi until we visited West Palm. I can say it is a wonderful experience with wonderfully tasty fries, juicy burgers and a classy, yet relaxed, environment in which to relax. The depth of their menu, which caters to most tastes, and their willingness to customize any burger just adds to the experience! 5 stars and I look forward to heading back!
