BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. Sadly, my first BurgerFi trip will be my last. I ordered the BurgerFi Burger, which was so dry and flavorless, I added ketchup and salt - something I probably haven't done since I was 7. The fries were not crispy at all. Really, the only positives were that the cashier was very friendly and there were some interesting-looking menu items. But I'll stick with some of the other local awesome burger joints. (Heck, I've even had better burgers at Mickey D's and that's not saying much.) :-/
It doesn't get better for dessert! Concrete is where it's at.
I sure was disappointed today. You'd think with another hamburger restaurant just opening, effort would be taken to ensure things are running smoothly. Today around 7 pm the facility was dirty. There were no soft drink lids. All napkin dispensers were empty. While the cooks were working diligently to keep the orders flowing, the front counter staff were unengaged. Excellent burger, well the Breakfast all Day, no onions is excellent - been there 4 times, same sandwich every time! Speed is not their strong suit but you get what you wait for. It isn't fast food, it is good food! And the Concretes!!! Being from Milwaukee, I appreciate good Custard - and BurgerFi has good custard!
