We LOVE Burger Fi. The Burgers are amazing. But since the pandemic (even a little before) the service has gone through the floor. It’s a forgotten milkshake. Or extra sauce. Early in the pandemic we waited 45 min for our order and it still didn’t come out. Long line and slow food last time. Today, we waited 10 min and no one said anything to us. Guy finally said “be with you in a minute”. Five min later, nothing.
