BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. Good Food, even better Customer Service, Always going out of their way to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied, I literally have no complaints to make except it's a litttle pricey, but it's worth it. My experience was with your manager, Max. He was a super cool, very well spoken, very thorough in making sure my quick 30 minute lunch break from next door at billabong was pleasant. Made sure I had everything I needed and made sure to let me know to enjoy the rest of my day! Kudos to you max, awesome people skills bro!

Dropped by for a quick bite and was served by a sweetheart named Charyssa! I was ordering to go but she was so kind and made the environment so welcoming that I decided to stay. She deserves a raise!

Our family had such a great dining experience this evening at BurgerFi in Deerfield Beach. Not only was our dinner delicious, but the customer service was top notch. Special thanks to Roosevelt who came over and greeted our family and made sure our children had a great meal. Roosevelt went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dinner with our family who we are visiting this week. Great job Roosevelt and to the entire team at BurgerFi Deerfield Beach. We eat at burgerfi all the time and I must say the service I received makes me not want to come back. After spending 80 dollars on burgers and fries, not only do they get the order wrong when we go to have it fixed we were told to pick off what we didn't like and eat it!!! If you get it wrong you should fix it! To top it off the server was rude when we went back to habe our corrected! This will be our last visit to burgerfi!
