I should have listened to the poor reviews. I only gave 3 stars because the one and only time I saw the occupational therapist, everything went really well. She was very gentle, nice/friendly, and did a good job i my opinion. However, since my first appt, the office has called me two different times to cancel appt #2 and then appt #3. I am very impressed with the services I have received at Burger Therapy. They have a professional and very talented staff who have helped me through frozen shoulder, recovery from spine fusion surgery, and currently giving me my life back with relief from vertigo and dizziness that resulted from the cervicle fusion. I am currently working with Diane. I am amazed that she has so much knowledge about the symptoms I have and how to eleviate them so I can have a better quality of life!

In spite of being a little late for my first appointment.. The staff at Folsom Burger were very accommodating and the PT Christina gave me a modified treatment session...I actually felt better after my first visit and look forward to going back to get more work done on my bad shoulder..... Keep up the great work!

I received detailed attention in my initial evaluation to identify the problem. My treatment professionals were courteous and focused. I appreciate the high level of customer service. I just wish I didn't have to wait a week for my second visit.

Have to be honest. I had a major bad experience. During my initial assessment they put ice pack on my back gor swelling. I informed the gentleman who did assessment that i had heavy hardware and he asked me if i had ever treated with ice snd i said never i only use heat. He continued to treat me with ice and i came out worst then when i came back. I was in severe pain and cramping all day and night and had to medicate twice due to severe pain, cramping, swelling. I have been going to Burger's for several years for various things. The only complaint I have is the waste of paper. Two pages for a receipt and another paper for appointments. Figure how many people go in each day and get three pages. That's bad for the environment. Otherwise, everything is great!

Everyone has been exceptionally great and I would certainly highly recommend future prospective patience. I have learned a lot and am feeling better. I now know what to do and not do while I am trying to heal, thanks for that! I know from your expertise what I will need to continue after my last visit.

I thought that going to a physical therapy appointment would include a workout. I didn't expect to be evaluated for 10min, shown 3 exercises to do at home and sent on my way. I knew there'd be homework of course but I honestly could've acquired the same exercises online, skipped the appointment and saved my money. Disappointed to say the least.
