I’ve lived here in the Burger Phillips building for three years now and I love it because I can walk to my gym (24e), The Pizitz Food Hall, Sidewalk Cinema, RR Park, tons of restaurants and coffee shops, the library, museum, City Walk, Protective Stadium and countless other things within minutes. The Alabama and Lyric Theaters are only one block up and when events like Artwalk come around I can just walk out my door and it’s right here.
