The manager of that place is a terrible person the name is Jose—both to customers and employees. It used to be a good spot, but lately, the quality of the burgers has really gone downhill.
El manager José trata muy mal a los empleados, hizo llorar a una empleada le dijo inútil, mensa y buena para nada delante de todos los clientes, y no es la primera vez que lo hace según escuché y los demás no dicen nada por miedo a que los despidan, es hispano y si un cliente le habla en español el solo les habla en inglés. I went to this location since I was near by it to grab a combo meal. I used their Kiosk to order & used a mailer coupon. I chose to pay cash. There were 2 other people who ordered ahead of me. One couple walked in to use their coupons & were helped at the register! I waited 40 minutes for my order! The employees there ignored me when I tried to ask about my order prior to waiting 40 minutes! Rude when I told them i was waiting 40 min! Cashier almost didnt give me my correct change $11 plus.
