This store is awful. They never get my order right. What part of PLAIN don't they understand?!?! It was even listed on the receipt! The bread was hard as a rock and the fries were cold. Tried calling the store to speak to manager but of course no one answered the phone. This store should be shut down!
by far the worst burger king I have ever been to.. I have tried giving them more chances and they seem to get worse and worse every time.. between always being out of food and the customer service being horrible I will not be going back again..
Daughter went through drive through and brought food home. They totally screwed up the order. When I called, manager said to write his name on receipt and they would give us a replacement order free. DID NOT HAPPEN. This Burger King has sucked for years and they have finally screwed up enough that I will NOT be back.
