Service has greatly improved....needed a Whopper it was delish
This is the 4th 1-star review within 12 hours of me posting it for this location of Burger King. The staff is nasty and rude at every chance, they make you wait egregious amounts of time for your food, then proceed to get it wrong. They told me the reason my order of a burger and onion rings was taking 25+ minutes because the onion rings were being made fresh then they forget to give me the onion rings lol. I would never go here again order uber order they got it all wrong now fighting with them. Just now thought I would go get a drink that was missing and want to try tell me why my 16 year took drink of her strawberry lemonade and found a finger nail in her drink which is nasty as hell now I dont trust none of drinks I got what happen to food service that was good washing hands and stuff like that come on do better. Spend 15 dollars for some nasty finger nails in it that nasty
I can’t understand when you order something they can’t get it right. I got the whopper,with no onions and they still put it on there,the mayo is saturated on my burger. Y’all got to start doing better! This is beyond ridiculous.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband went through the drive thru and ordered 2 bbq bounty whopper meals, 2 kids meals and a bounty bundle. All of the whoppers were made wrong. They are supposed to come with swiss cheese, bacon, crispy pickles, lettuce, tomato and a bbq type sauce. None of the whoppers had cheese, bacon or crispy pickles. Long wait and incorrect food. Won't be coming back to this location
