So I went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered food for the family and my wife can't have mayonnaise and when we got home it's on her sandwich great I am really tired of going the this place and order and they can't get it right ever it's not rocket science come on it's not hard to read unless u are hiring dumb people thanks Burger King for screwing up again

Their electronic sign says they were open 24hrs but instead there was a drive through lane blocked with a car and all the lights were off. I work right around the corner and this was my normal lunch break (3:30am)but I guess not anymore.

My grilled chicken sandwich was cold and dry, no sauces, the top and bottom bun actually dented my beer can when I threw them at it! No damage to the bun! I managed fast food in high school your employees are a disgrace to the working society.

The worst "fast food" service I ever had. I had came into this place order a lg onion ring and a Parmesan chicken sandwich with cheese tots... I literally waited after the order 24mins. I actually had to just take my sandwich and tots and walk out and didn't even get my money back for the rings. I'll never ever go back. Oh and in my wait the people kept taking orders and giving food to the drive through customers..also one guy walked out with his money given back and 2 others. Get your stuff together...

My friends order was messed up and then they forgot her drink. When we went back through drive through the cashier told her she didn’t order one and to get the f*** out of his drive through.

I visited this location today. I understand that they were understaffed but the front line worker blatantly ignored her customers for minutes on end in order to do menial tasks around the restaurant. Also, she showed very poor food safety by messing with her underwear and then bagging food with the same bare hands. I will not eat in a place where I am in risk of getting sick because of poor hygiene. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

I have had disappointing food here more than a few times, but this is the last time because I won't come again. We ordered Whopper meals with cheese and on both only half of the burger even had cheese, ketchup, or mayo. Whoever did our sandwiches clearly didn't give much thought or care about what the customer ended up with. The fries were also oversalted and inedible. If we weren't already home, I would have taken the food back for a refund.
