Just spent 5 minutes waiting to order in one lane and nothing so we went to the other and spent another 5 waiting at that one. While we were waiting there, someone pulled up to the lane we were at first and right away had their order taken. We left with nothing and the car that was waiting in front of us also left. Thanks for nothing.
My mom doesn’t have a Facebook so asked me to post this. Literally sent to my phone 10 minutes ago. She ordered this from the grand haven location and her bun is just COVERED in mold. She took like 2 bites out of it and then unwrapped it all the way to see this 🤮 they tried to say it was flour but it smelt like mold and definitely didn’t flake off like flower. Completely nasty. Wouldn’t eat here again
This receipt is from my lunch yesterday, Thursday, 6/25/2020. As you can see on my receipt, the cost of a whopper is $4.49 & a crispy chicken is $4.59. But I only ordered those 2 because the drive thru menu had a screen that shouted 2/$6, with those 2 sandwiches & a couple more options. The left out my fries at 150 in the morning and when I called they said there was nothing they could do unless I drove back up to store. At least McDonald's takes your name and you can get a replacement. Shotty service I hope they read this
You guys suck your service is slow came in for a shake took almost 10 minutes before someone came to take my order but I told them they can go back to ignoring me and they should go back to standing around and talking
Got a whopper meal had the added bonus of a long dark curly hair in it. When I called the manager seemed to know exactly who’s hair it was and said they “had a hair net on” I still want to puke thinking about it. I wish I was able to post a picture. It was terrible.
Very slow very understaffed waited for 25 minutes in the drive-through almost made me almost made late for work not ever going back to this one again #burgerking step it up
All I had to pay with was a $50 and she has the nerve to give me only mostly $1s back and some $5s... and when I ask for 10s or 20s back she then lies to me saying "We just opened" lol okay considering you are known for being a 24 hr restaurant.. If it weren't for that lie I may have believed that's all she had
