The shakes tasted great and were priced right. Friendly service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor service. High prices. Staff are too busy arguing to serve customers.
10 minutes in the outside drive thru with no response while 7 cars go through uninterrupted on the inside drive thru. Not a peep. Pickup needs a lane or a counter space.
I dont really eat fast food much but my kids do. Grand haven burger king is my preferred fast food choice for my kids. Affordable good and typically fast. I am always amazed at the wonderful friendly professional service I get whenever I'm in grand haven B.K... I always leave satisfied with my dinning experience. Thank you to all the managers and staff for all their hard work and excellent service!
Sunday staff on April 19 was pathetic. Waited 23 minutes for a dor dash order eavin tho the store was empty. Won't pickup here again.
