Can't even give the food a review because the Cottage Grove location is rarely open. Some days open till 1pm, but not enough staff to open the drivethru. Other days they don't have anyone working to open the store. Not sure how the store is profitable....
Just sat in the drive theough for almost 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Going to Wendy's.
Took a over 25 minutes to get my food. Definitely not fast good. Management did not seem to care.
Management uses cell phones behind the counter while addressing customer concerns. Always below average service at this location. This is probably why it's never busy.
DO NOT go to this BK!! Young man behind the counter took forever to get to me to order. He then forgot our smoothie. When told he forgot it, he joked about how he "hadn't gotten to It yet" and how he "forgot about It". It then took him about 5 minutes to get the smoothie to me. I finally get to my seat, open up my sandwich...AND IT'S NOT THE RIGHT SANDWICH! I still have no clue what it was. The drive thru staff was very rude and condescending about menu items on the board not matching what they carried. It was bad enough that I left without ordering anything.
Cold whopper Jr. Cheese added to an old sandwich. And the sprite was basically carbonated water. Absolutely disgusting. And I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Will never return.
