The couple times ive come in the morning the manager ignores the front counter and when I did go through the drive through literally threw my food into my car the dude cares about his drive through times and that's it night shift seems to be run by someone who actually cares about customers though so stay away in the morning not to mention when I went in this morning despite only having 2 cars in drive through had around 15 sandwiches sitting in the warmer near the counter so is probably making a crap load of sandwiches and ... read more
22 dollars for the star wars box was the saddest thing ive ever seen, the gm literally forgets things in pick up orders and had given me the replacement items not even the right size before. Usually make the drive to Newport for good bk
Extremely understaffed. Took 10 minutes to get one meal. Service was so slow and poor that I left, and took my children to get the rest of our food from Wendy's.
Easy, quick pick-up for my online order.
Initially they made a mistake with my order. I called in and spoke to Jonas that same day. He assured me that I can come back and get my order corrected. Well, life got busy and I wasn’t able to make it in for about 3 weeks. I called and spoke to Jonas, he checked his notes and honored his promise. When I got there he even offered me a drink. Really great guy and I appreciate the service I received. Thanks Jonas.
