The service is always good, and Barb is the best! But the food just isn’t all that anymore. It’s usually cold and hard.
Just went by the drive thru!! They were rude taking our order , and when we got to the window the lady there just snatched the card from my husband.. horrible service ����
Went through the drive thru tonight. I had a very small order. Not only was the girl at the window rude as hell, they gave me old chicken nuggets that look like they were re-cooked a few times and have the most awful taste. It makes you think that these people aren't getting paid to do their jobs. I'm so tired of spending my money at a place that cares less about the quality of the food and cares even less than that about the happiness of their customers. Barb is the best person ever there! She's so awesome and always is friendly to me and takes care of me, love her! Give that woman a raise!
I worked there for 9 months and got fired for eating 2 onion rigs..then Anthony the new manager lied and said I threat in him...don't work for there.nasty refrrashed fries
Horrible service took a "fast food" place over 15 minutes to help us. Love BK, however this place sucks!
