I had the worst experience to night at the burger king on california and by the manager I took a uber I asked for my food to be fresh I got the wrong order and the food was cold I went back and Austin the manager refused to give me my money I had to call another uber and I still didn't get the right money this store is very unprofessional I will never eat at burger king again my total for the food was 16.36 he gave me 10.92 I spent 22.00 just on the uber and what makes it so bad is I use to work at that dump they can never g... read more
we ordered 6 burgers and 4 were messed up then when we go back to get our food fixed we they gives us cold fries and still manage to mess up 2 of the burgers workers are always rude and not helpful

When I ask for double sourdough king sandwich and say "that's it" That means That's it, it a double sourdough king sandwich. Not a sourdough king Swiss, If I wanted the Swiss sandwich I would have said so. I don't want a coke nor a cookie. If I wanted a coke or a cookie I would have asked for a coke or a cookie. Stop upselling, and listen to what people are actually saying.
Pretty pist off just got home with our food , its all nasty , you can tell it's been sitting our for HOURS , didnt even give us the right pop , went to fill out the survey and they didnt even give us the right receipt to do so .
