Dr Burger was very aggressive in our consultation. From the very start he made it clear if we didn’t like it we could go somewhere else. He obviously didn’t want our business. Which is why I am amazed he agreed to the consult. His behavior was borderline abusive. I believe he has some internal issues he needs to deal with.

Dr. Burger is fantastic! He was recommended to me by my dentist and he and his staff have been absolutely fantastic! They are upfront and answer any questions I have about "is this gonna hurt?" and are great with easing my anxiety over getting dental work done. I've had an extraction, bone graft and implant done by him and his staff and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Burger is a very good dentist, its the office staff that support him that are the issue. The receptionist does not consult with your insurance before charging you for follow-up visits. Therefore you run the risk of being over charged; that happened to be this last visit. I've made nine phone calls to the insurance claims manager over a three month period; I've been told my refund has been mailed four different times.
