Everyone should be able to express themselves especially with the BLM masks.To ask an employee to remove a BLM mask during an ongoing shift and replace it with a blue mask shows very Poor Management..If there was an established company wide policy regarding types of face masks allowed, part of the Burgatory uniform policy, that would be another issue.
