I was pleased with everything but the initial paperwork. It felt really intrusive that it was required that I provide my and my husband's social security, birth date, and drivers license numbers. I have never been asked for this much personal information from a medical office before. We came in yesterday and today. The first was a checkup the second to get cavities filled. We are always impressed with your staff. Getting cavities filled at 3 years old can be scary but you guys did a great job making sure she was comfortable and you worked very quickly. Thank you!

The staff is always kind and the office is clean. The staff is always more concerned with how the child is perceiving their visit, so not to cause any back experiences.

Going to a pediatric dentistI expected to have over the top care for my son. Yes he received a fun cape, a balloon, and a prize but he said he never wants go there again. The staff did not engage with my son with animation and talk with him about what they were doing. He was in a lot of pain during his procedure and I think the dentist and staff could have been more skilled to prevent him being in such pain.

I liked the first appointment but have not had a great experience since then. The billing was the same at other offices but I don't think the quality was there. $600 dollars later my daughters teeth still hurt and I don't have the bill to submit to the insurance so I can get paid for everything I already paid out.

My kids have loved Burg Pediatric dentists. Everyone they have worked with has calmed their fears and been great with kids. The front office staff is also amazing to work with. We have recently moved, and the closest office is a bit of a drive, but it's worth it to stay somewhere my kids are comfortable!!
