Best children's dentist in the valley. Friendly staff, organized billing, in sync with insurance, and best of all, super hygienists and docs who know how to make kids comfortable.
Everytime I go, I have to wait so long to get my kids taken cared of. Very annoying.
There's nothing I hate more than waiting for an appointment. I think it's very disrespectful to the patients. The staff is awesome though.
My two children, 5 and 3, go to Burg for their dentist appointments. They were both freaked out by the idea of the dentist, but have loved Burg Dentistry. They are so excited when they leave with a new toothbrush and a toy. My 5 year old had a cavity filled and we thought it was going to be a traumatic experience, but it was so smooth, she claims she loved it, and requests more cavity fillings. The staff are generally great with my kids. Always clean. Would appreciate appointment running on time and more discussion with doctor.
Everyone here is great with my kids. They are fast, friendly, and gentle. They even do an excellent job with fillings!
