The doctor is awesome, the staff is super friendly, the place is fun and full of rewards for the kids and they really have their act together when it comes to billing too. Everything is organized and professional. You always know just what insurance will cover and what you will have to pay for. There are no surprises financially. They really care about the kids and try to make it fun. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist!
In my experience, Burg dentistry's number one concern is making sure the children are comfortable, experience no pain, and are part of the decision makers regarding their care.
Such a great place! I loved everything.
My daughter(who is 3 years old) and I are such fans of this dentist office. She loves it because she gets a prize, a cool toothbrush, a balloon and she gets to watch a movie while they clean her teeth. I like it because everyone is super nice there and because my daughter likes it so much. We have gone there for 2 appts so far and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and will be taking my other kids there as they get older.
