I bought a chainsaw at the beginning of the fall season a Stihl farm boss. I can't tell you how happy I am with my purchase. I cut wood to heat my home. Starts every time and haven't ha a tree I cannot get through. With the advise of their friendly and helpful staff, I am using amsoil quick shot and premium fuel and this saw runs like a champ. I wish I could give zero stars, but if it has to be one it would be for sales. The service dept just plain sucks. I thought I would support a local business and that if I had an issue they would be there. Nope, I was wrong, there is no service after the sale. I would have been better to buy at a big box store. Better yet there are other small engine dealers that I think can offer more. Burdick will blame your starting issues on bad fuel (even if you have used fuel stabilizer and burned off remaining fuel an fuel bowl fuel). ... read more
