Gate has trouble getting it up. When originally installed it worked beautifully but this is a heavy gate, too heavy apparently, for just two hinges. When the gate started sagging I suggested to the owner to add a third hinge to the middle. To be fair, the "fix," which involved lowering the piece on which the latch bar rests (which looks like ___ since it was done after a different company painted) worked well for a few months and I was happy, but this too has failed. We had our fence installed by Burden Fence and I can’t say enough good things about this company from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and kept us up-to-date on every step of what was going on with our project. The price was competitive compared to other quotes we received. The crew that came out to do the work were friendly, hard working and efficient. They were also mindful of our property and landscaping. We love the finished product!
