RecommendedMy father has been in respite care and a resident of Burcham Hills over the last couple of years and we have been extremely pleased with all aspects of his care. The staff is professional, attentive, and very friendly. The atmosphere from the moment you walk in the front door is warm and welcoming. I am there several times a week and always leave reassured that my dad is well taken care of.
Wonderful, caring staff! The facility is nicely maintained and residents well-cared for.
so many reasons I would NEVER recommend this place but a couple reasons is 1) administration only cares about their paychecks and getting every room filled. 2) they don't care about their employees, 3) they give open positions to people who don't deserve them, and 4) management and administration doesn't even know half of the residents or any about them and don't even try. The place is a joke run by nasty, rude people.
I work at Burcham Hills because of the vast diversity it has to offer. I work with an exciting group of individuals who have lived different life experiences, have different talents/skills and have a range of viewpoints and ideas. Burcham Hills fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion which in return improvesemployee morale and positivity in the workplace. Our residents are just as culturally diverse as our staff and at Burcham Hills we strive to make everyone feel like family

My appreciation goes to Burcham Hills for the wonderful care provided to my mother-in-law over the past year and especially the past 6 months. As her health declined and she was not able to go out of her room, Burcham supported my father-in-law’s loving care with services such as dressing, bathing, and medication administration.
