Friendly and clean environment for the level of care that's provided.
Beautiful community! The staff were friendly and supportive. The building was clean and smelled fresh. It was nice to see the residents interacting with each other and enjoying themselves.
My husband was at Burcham Hills inpatient rehab for a little ovet two weeks. Although they had some nice staff the experience we had was terrible. They knew nothing about his condition and did nothing to learn about it. His blood pressure ran dangerously low for several days and nothing was done to correct it or figure out why. If OT came in for their sessions and he was sleeping they left. They never addressed him being lightheaded, dizzy, blurred vision, etc. This was after having a stent put in.
