Customer forever. Very disappointed that they no longer take Aetna insurance. Also not communicates well. Work done and large copay presented. Like the dentist just can't afford it
If I could give this place a zero star I would. Not worth it !! If you wanna be underpaid and criticized for everything little thing than this is the job for you. They are always watching over your shoulder and how you answer the phone. They expect you to know everything within their time frame, don’t want you to use or notes and want you to memorize how to do everything in your head. Worst experience ever!!!! I don't deal with shots. Topical has to be used first to numb were ever shots may be given.. Dr Anthony had one spot sort of numb but shoved the needle deep into the jaw bone without any topical. I have Never felt so much pain before in my life!!!!! I was to get a porcelain crown but instead a resin was used. It was a large block of resin; because of the poor fitting they had grind it down several times, so I could close my mouth and have some sort of normal bite. Shout out to Busch Dental. My insurance was going to expire and they got me in and taken care of asap! Who does that, Burch does! Love you all and they do fantastic work.
Burch dentals staff is amazing. I have had Dr Anthony did two crowns on me in the last 6 weeks and she was simply amazing. She’s professional, on time and thorough. There are times when those of us have reservations about young professionals. I can honestly tell you she is 2nd to NONE! Both crowns were the easiest I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty.
