Dr. Cassaro is an absolutely amazing dentist! The care and attention to detail is outstanding and the entire team makes every visit a great experience. The hygienist is thorough, gentle, and incredibly professional. Communication is excellent, everything is clearly explained, and you always feel comfortable and informed. I have been going to Burch Dental for several years, and have found that their staff is phenomenal! they take their dental abilities to an upper level that surpasses other dental offices. The caring staff takes time to visit with you, explains treatments in detail so you understand every thing regarding the desired treatment. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The front desk immediately greets you and checks you in. I’ve never waited more than a couple of minutes to be taken back for my appointment. The hygienists do wonderful job and make sure you understand everything going on.
