I live nearby this office, so I called to make an appointment. At first, the receptionist was cordial, but as i explained that i wanted ceramic (zirconia) implant, rather than titanium, her mood changed. She put me on hold and then said "sorry, we are not accepting any more implant patients." Very disappointing.

Dr. David Burch is great but his billing department is HORRIBLE. They are rude, and they do not know what they are doing. I paid for my visit and treatment and 6 months later I received a bill for $1500. They breached my husbands medical information send his bill to my name without him signing medical release. Billing specialist Lisa is extremely rude and absolutely has poor communication skills.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. David Burch and his staff! They are compassionate, skilled and extremely ethical. I trust them implicitly as to any and all recommended treatments and or procedures.

While the actual dentist (Kristin and David Burch) were nice, and some of the hygienist staff was friendly, the front desk people were completely important in completing the simplest task, like using the correct insurance. It was very frustrating knowing that you expect to pay a price for a service based on your insurance, but you are charged something different. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
