I have been going here for years and Loved the staff and Physicians. However my last appointment left anger so I will not be returning. When you are quoted a price before hand and specifically tell them I do not want certain tests before hand, and they end up doing them anyway without my consent-Due to Curbside services that I was not aware of when scheduling, charging the $200 OVER the quoted price. We gave Burch Creek a try because our dog was sick, our regular vet had no openings, and Burch Creek could squeeze us in. We were very pleased with the compassion and skills veterinarian Laura Klar had on the first visit. Thirty days later we drove from across town for a follow-up, arrived eight minutes late, and called the front desk. With COVID, you are required to call the front desk to check in.
