I lived 14314 Burbank blvd on van nuts and burbank blvd in Sherman oaks and love it but Yes my landlord is big big asshole and not friendly, lazy and I don't like them but I love my apartment but evict people no reason and bad service no fix in apartment and not allow dog why landlord get dog his apt! Make me mad at owner and I can't hear and I'm deaf deaf no alarm and doorbell for deaf that I move out of my apt
Roaches everywhere. Regular visits by LAPD. Completely disrespectful neighbors and management. Seen people living here go through the dumpsters out back. A poster child apartment building for the gentrification movement.
I lived there for a year. Cats, smokers, dumpster divers, PIMPS, DRUG DEALERS, AND CHILD RAPISTS. And the owner is an asshole!
