Staff are quite polite and facilities clean and tidy. However, the dentist didn’t bother coming to my appointment and was a total waste of time. In addition to this the practice harasses me with unsolicited requests questionnaires, reviews and ratings (that I cannot opt out of)… well here you have it, hope it helps!!!!

Broke a tooth while travelling through Adelaide. Tried walking into a couple of other dental practices for an emergency appointment with no luck. The receptionist at Bupa dental was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Marcus was amazing, a true professional with a calm and reassuring demeanor. Explained everything very well and did not rush. Very efficient procedure and good post op advice. Thanks again to the team at Bupa Dental.
Over the past few months, I’ve been seeing Dr. Shelley Chee at Bupa Dental for my regular check-ups, and it’s been such a positive experience. The team there is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Chee has this wonderful way of explaining things clearly and putting me at ease—especially since I’ve struggled with dental anxiety in the past. She’s so calm and genuinely cares, which makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for all the care and support, and I look forward to my future visits.
