The level of care and consideration I was able to access in trying to receive appropriate and personalised services in the lead up to and during my first appointment at this practice was an example of exactly how to accommodate individual patient needs. Other providers could learn a lot from how Bupa Dental conducts themselves. Thank you!
Staff are quite polite and facilities clean and tidy. However, the dentist didn’t bother coming to my appointment and was a total waste of time. In addition to this the practice harasses me with unsolicited requests questionnaires, reviews and ratings (that I cannot opt out of)… well here you have it, hope it helps!!!!
Shelly was very lovely and did a great job of cleaning my teeth! 10/10
