Highly impressed with the brand new office at the Adelaide Bupa Visa Medical Centre. The doctors and staff are super friendly and made the whole visa medical process very smooth. ​My only critique is that they really need a dedicated family restroom. It would be so much more convenient for parents if there was a private space to feed the baby, change nappies, and comfortably handle toddlers. Aside from that, it's a great facility!

Today I visited Bupa with my parents, and for the first time in a long time, I witnessed what true teamwork, compassion, and humanity look like inside a company. My father is living with Dementia, and whenever he is taken out of his home routine, he often becomes confused and sometimes aggressive. Had my immigration health check here and the whole experience was really smooth. All the staff were very friendly. Toby at the front desk was amazing, she is very friendly and professional. She helped guide me through the process and also assisted with my blood test. 🥰🥰🥰 The X-ray technician was also really kind and patient, and Elaine was lovely and helpful as well. Thank you to the whole team for making the appointment easy and comfortable.
